I've tried to start a thread to ask a question seversl times. Each time the thread is not allowed, or it must be deleted before a response is made. Why could that be?

Are you starting your thread from a smart phone or some type of computer SFC (Join to see)? May people have had issues with working on RallyPoint while using a smartphone.
On the other hand I have been responding to a discussion or creating a discussion in Google Chrome when I must accidently click away somehow and lose everything I typed.
