Three aviation mishaps - one week...

Can't emphasize the necessity of Safety Stand Downs from time to time. Sometimes we become too complacent and the worst happens, loss of a buddy. Never served on a flight deck but I imagine a swivel head, common sense, luck, following procedures, and safety-safety-safety will save one's life.....such a dangerous place.

The flight deck of an aircraft carrier is still one of the most dangerous places on the planet. Reminders of staying safe are always good to highlight.
