Via S1Net the Army is no longer letting Soldiers wear this unless they do it “in-person” or with a national rep (and for free)….because Army. Soldiers can still receive it as an honorary award.

Yes sir I am keeping up with that Milsuite thread, I'm looking at the Officers, CWO's, and SNCO's arguing for the sake of the Joe's and JNCO's on which fed Code, DODI, or Policy it's against

SSG (Join to see) was the event done with Luxembourg personnel or is this something that can be done digitally with any unit?
Also I imagine, training up for the Norwegian Foot March which was 30K was rough, 2 40's has to be brutal.

SPC (Join to see) so you digitally sign up €20 and require an 07 or above signature if you don't have an 07 then you'd submit paperwork through HRC Awards section

Like SFC (Join to see) mentioned, foreign decorations that are authorized per AR 600-8-22 can be placed in your record and worn accordingly with a 4187. S1 usually has a template for most awards, but this being a unique foreign one, they may not.
Foreign awards often require the first 1 star in your chain to approve them as far as I'm aware, but that could be based on the award. They will also need all pertinent supporting documentation attached as enclosures.
S1 should be able to help guide you through it, it shouldn't be too different than the Norwegian Foot March Badge (NFMB) or the German Armed Forces Badge for military Proficiency (GAFB).
