I really appreciate the fact that R&D is working on this. My only recommendation is that the final product is durable and has long lasting quality. While deployed to OIF (1) in 2003 there was no electricity for up to 7 months. This ment that there was no running water. Alot of Soldiers endured up to seven months without access to a shower. That is why I would recommend that the properties of the final product are robust enough to sustain effective qualities for an extended period of time.
