Hello I am a E4 promotable 25Q (I also have the 25U MOS)
I'm up to reenlistment and my career counselor is in training until July 9 I'vebeen dealing with this reelinsyment since December (there was a profile and I was being required to reclass, profile has been removed and now I'm staying in my MOS). I just got done with the final things I needed to get sorted out so I could stay in my MOS, had a shoulder profile and it got removed today.

Long story short I would like to enlist option 4 but I am not sure if there are even slots for me. OS there any where I can see what's available? I know I have to wait u til she gets back to do anything I just wanted to see if it was even a possibility.

Any help is appreciated

You're an E4 25U, there are slots available everywhere.
Pick two countries, go to your Brigade career counselor and they will submit your request.

Don't wait! That reenlistment bonus can change at any time.
Go up to your Brigade, or whatever the higher echelon of command is for you, and they will be happy to help you.
If you have any issues, contact me directly and I will make sure the right person helps you out.

I was able to speak to a person they have covering for her while she is in training. They said that because I was reserved for 3 years and active for 2 I'm hitting RCP and eventhough I am promotable O can only enlist for 2 years and I have to do needs of the army. I'm a tad disappointed but I will work on those 2 years to get what I want for me and my family.

It sounds like you are talking to a retention NCO and not a career counselor. Go up to the Brigade level and they can help you out.
Your reserve time, as long as it was not active time, will not be factored into your RCP. In addition, if I remember correctly you are in a balanced or under-strength MOS, and being promotable means that your RCP is actually 10 years.

Your unit and your supervisors/NCOs are right there with you, something important like this needs to be addressed to your chain of command and for sure somebody would've given you the answer.
