TPUs in Reserves in SOUTHCOM

Anyone know how a Soldier can serve for reserves units in SOUTHCOM so that they can drill there while they are visiting family or if they move for work, etc.?

Not sure what reserve units are in SOUTHCOM. I think the HQ is in Florida
