I had problems like these a lot while completing SSDs. Just shoot an email to the help desk explaining your problem. They should be able to help you.

I had the same issue with SSD IV back in 2012. Call the help desk and let them know. They will give you constructive credit for the module as long as you have completed other modules successfully. That's what they did for me. I cannot promise this is what they will do for you; it was just my experience.

I had the module 1 posttest on SSD 3 stuck after launching too, even though the modules played through fine. Checked all the normal stuff with IE, us.army.mil was added to compatibility view, etc. Called the helpdesk, he had me remove us.army.mil from compatibility view and the test loaded. Too easy. Another simple fix type of issue I had with an ALMS course was the module would launch, but you couldn't click the next arrow. Ended up all I had to do was use the TAB key until the arrow lit up and then hit enter. Again, too easy. The help desk was helpful in both instances. Hopefully your complete with SSD2 already, but I got here from a google query so hopefully a couple of quick tips will help others along the way.

Trying to complete ssd ll but it's stuck on module 2 exam. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what is the solution to fixing this?

Join the club. The entire system is a piece of shit and I'm not afraid to say that. I did SSD3 3 damn times!! All the way through. Help desk was absolutely worthless for me. Kept telling me I was S.O.L. and to start it over.

Happens all the time all the way to SSD III so far. First just try closing out the program you may not think it will save your work but it does. Go back in and see if it caught up your progress. If not and you know you are using up to date software and applications I.E. Chrome or Firefox. (Internet Exploroer crashes a lot) then call the help desk and let them know what ls going on. It's a shame that Army software and interfaces are as crappy as they are. DTS, SSD, guys trying to update their board files...there's always issues.

Ask the instructors, that's what they are there for, to assist. Don't make it hard and difficult on your brain, because it is a terrible part of the body to waste.

I had that problem also but used Firefox and it worked fine. It has to do with the securities of internet explorer.

9 times out of 10 it has to do with compatability mode if it's Internet Explorer. Whether it needs to be turned on or off.

SSG, I have turn the comparability mode on and off with Internet explorer still doesn't populate. I am wondering now if there is a time limit to when it should be complete.

I know this wont amount to a hill of beans, but here it is anyway. I use to zip to the test for the modules and I was good, except at the WTU they had a safety module that kicked my ass. I got the answers for it and I still flunked. I finally passed on my third attempt.
