Under my new MOS, will my time at this duty station restart since my MOS will be different?

I been at my current duty station for around 8 months I am about to finish my reclass towards the end of the month and I am returning to JBLM and going to a new unit within two months of returning. Usually you spend 2 years at the least at Conus duty station. I was wondering under my new MOS, will my time at this duty station restart since my mos will be different?
