Upon the completion of AIT, MOS-T 74D school, what is the process to request duty stations?

If you are remaining in the National Guard, you should already know your unit.
If switching to active duty, you are at the needs of the Army and you will get assigned a duty location (you get a wish list, but not an actual choice).

I’m wwitching to Active Duty. I recall when I went to AIT about 7 years ago that we wrote a list of where we would like to go.
You don't get to choose your duty station. I can say it "seemed" like if you had dependents you remained stateside.
