Interesting. Does this open the door for anyone who was injured during "conflict" to sue if they can find the person responsible for their injury?

Oh wow, I didn't know that this settlement was already awarded. I remember reading about this awhile ago.

I suppose the door is open but if it's not a war crime it's just the nature of war; people get hurt. How about we sue those that are the cause of wars.
