USMC Reservist going USA Reserve for specific MOS. Where do I find my updated PULHES scores from PHA as they are not in my medical record?

No, just Marine Corps channels and everyone seems to be pointing at someon else.

I am non-ob at this point so my records might be scattered or something. I just wish that we had a single point of reference like other branches.

Sgt Sean S. - First question did you do a branch transfer?, if so have they notified you that it has occurred. If it has , then you can access AKO and get your PULHES from there.

I guess the second question why do you need your PULHES scores ?

No I have not yet—recruiter from the army says he needs my most current PHA complete with PULHES updates. I don’t see this anywhere in my actual physical medical record—just a basic note for my PHA.
