I have been out for quite a few years and I am very close to submitting my ADRB packet (before the end of February). I am looking for legal Military Officers (Active, Retired, Reserve) to review my packet for me before I send it in.

I decided to draft and submit my own packet. I went to a local attorney here in Colorado Springs who was a former JAG officer. After providing them everything (all documents and I answered some questions) they delivered the packet to me for review. After I reviewed it, I decided to create my own packet. The saying goes "no one is going to take better care of you than you."

I guess I was expecting too much from them. I have to say that I did a damn good job of researching regulations, quoting sources, and finding numerous errors as well as information that was submitted in violation of the UCMJ. Now is the waiting game. I will let everyone know, good or bad.

After submitting my ADRB packet, the ADRB ruled in my favor and found that the discharge was improper. You can read about the case here: http://www.fixmilitaryrecords.com/ar [login to see] 5/
