Coffee is a pre-morning activity. The day starts after I make my bed.

Reveille......Never failed to wake me up when I was Active Duty, still works now. Shower, let the dog out, get dressed and out the door to work. Pretty much the only thing that has changed in all these years is I get less sleep and have the dog.

I wake up at 05:30 every morning... I usually go take a wizz and roll back to sleep... I do get up at 08:30 cause I don’t want to get stiff from sleeping to long. I was very luck about 22 years ago when I took my sons to a martial arts class and ended up learning Tai Chi. It changed my life and I now do my forms every day as i’m fully out of working and it keeps me focused and it’s meditative. Oh and Tai Chi is a Internal Martial Art! Has benefits that other types don’t. Any questions please feel free to contact me and god bless all of you who have been through what we have!

Set alarm clock for when I should get up and sleep through it. Then later when I am moving, coffee, just like the messhall used to make... Bleh.
