Does anybody know about to street to seat applicant process? Not sure if there is a different avenue that must be taken for civillians.

This is useful information, however; the safest bet for information about warrant packet information is to visit the USAREC Warrant site. They not only post the most up-to-date information but, also provide Service Members with an example packet to build their off of. Additionally, always check any milper message on HRC.
I am going through the process of building my packet right now and have found these resources to be of the greatest assistance. The packet does require a lot of paperwork, and I would recommend with starting your Resume first as this will take the longest. Then, schedule your DA photo and physical as these items take the longest to get an appointment for. Best of luck to all who are applying and hope this information was useful.

Is there a list or roster that displays the current WO needs for the Army? Such as shortages and overstrengths?
Thanks!
Thanks!

CW2 (Join to see) I am not aware of a list, but know our ranks are currently under assessed and short in many branches. Manning and requirements change from year to year, I am sure that HRC has something similar to what you are looking for.

Not sure if this is the right place but I need some help with some questions I have to go Warrant in the National Guard. Getting mixed signals from different states. Any takers?

I transferred from a different service and still had it complete in 6 months, that is a long time to wait.

For the Tech side of the house I had my packet done in around 6 months and I took another 4 months to get my RFO and almost a year to go to WOCS. But with all the waiting it is by far the best thing I have done.
