Web Designers, do you prefer something else for responsive design instead of Bootstrap?

I prefer MateralUI but it's framework-specific to React. Usually I roll my own stylesheets.

https://material-ui.com/ Looks fancy. What made you a fan of it? Do you use React a lot?

I work with React a good bit. And for all the art classes I've had, I still can't pick colors to save my life. MaterialUI is just so nice.
