Two different skill sets. I know infantry that have gone through IPAP, and I know 68Ws that were declined for the program. The MOS that is going to bring you the closest to utilizing the IPAP skill set before school? Whiskey it is. But, at the end of IPAP, whenever you commission, you will be operating under your own license, as well as have a platoon of medics operating under your license. Being that 68W is a dual MOS, being a PA is a dual hat as well. They’re also general all around practitioners. Hope this helps.

Would you recommend possibly 68V or 68C before submitting your IPAP or 68W in your eyes would be the best bet?

SPC (Join to see) again, it depends on what you’re looking for. You’re talking about two VERY different MOS’. Respiratory therapist and LPN. LPN would be closer than a lung bunny. But as far as your general day to day/operations in alignment with a PA, whiskey is honestly your best bet.
