As much as I typically don't like these type of questions, I always find comments from experienced SM's that can't be found on a Google page. Thank you for anything you guys can offer

MAJ John Adams - Sorry to inform you Major, but the Navy enlisted ranks are similar to the coasties, being as we had the Navy before the Coast Guard.

PO1 Sanford Snyder - They use pretty much the same enlisted rank structure, don't they, Navy and Coast Guard? Fortunately, for most enlisted ranks, if you consider more stripes to outrank fewer stripes, you shouldn't go too far wrong in any of the services. The only potentially confusing officer rank insignia I've ever seen was on the old Army Blue Mess uniform, where you counted the loops on the sleeve. Otherwise, all the US services use the same metal rank insignia -- just calling it different things for the Navy and Coast Guard.

MAJ John Adams - Sorry Major, Air Force and Navy, Coast Guard do not use the the same metal rank insignia as the other services. Then of course you add the Tech ranks in the Army and I still can't figure those out.

Your question is precisely the kind of question RP exists for. Absolutely nothing wrong with it. That said, I can't comment otherwise.
