I'm leaving my unit in less than six months and my supervisor just told me he wants me to give a class on my MOS so that the other mechanics can do my job wben I leave. As a lowly PFC, I don't know how to construct a quality class. Any fellow 91C/HVAC technicians out there wanna throw some advice my way?

Familiarize everyone with equipment and components. If possible give everyone a flow chart that labels components and on the back quick "how to". Then go through it. Shouldn't be more that a 30-45min class. Just tell them to follow along and tell them what you're doing.

Not a whole lot, we just work mainly on the air conditioning aspect (heating/cooling)

PFC (Join to see) - Oh okay I certified in heat pumps and design. So I say give a skill level test and go from there
