What advice do you have for someone with an APFT failure in their file that was due to an undiagnosed spinal column injury and bulging disc?

In 2014 DA selected for recruiting school while there I failed the APFT due to unknown injury. Now have APFT failure 1059 in record's. I went to Sick call while there in school, they didn't know what my injury so I was sent back to home station and found out I had fracture in my spine between L5 and L4 and a bulging disc. Been in the Army 18yrs and a SSG since 2010. And advice or insight?

Get a profile and a diagnosis. Why would you continue to fail apft’s and possibly reduced or sepereted, knowing your shit is fucked up ?!
