I was not selected at this board and I want to make sure that does not happen again. What are your tips/tricks?

Without your packet details can only offer generics: Best APFT, Decent college hours, Good college GPA, variety Army Schools, Professional write ups on ppw...etc..If youd like, I'll look over your packet and give you better advice. I was selected 1st time Go at the Nov 19 board.

I’m also shortening my resume to make it more concise. My packets is going to work it’s way through some CW5s before the next board. Hopefully a CW5 and CW4 LOR is good enoughWO1 (Join to see)

Honestly, looking back in my packet, specifically the resume, I believe it was too long and not concise as to why I want to be an aviator. I could have also done better on the military experience sections as I did not include warfighters or SOM/SOQ boards in it. I was very generic WO1 (Join to see)

SSG (Join to see) if youd like I'll review your packet and help you out where I can. Two guys that NS last board made it those time after I helped them on their packets.

See if you get a reason for NS from proponent (whomever told you your packet was board ready). Look at SIFT and any other test scores, NCOER’s and PME level.

The reality is that, often there are NS for little to no reason...strong packets or not.
If you don't see glaring clerical errors, as some have noted below, then chances are you're one of those NS I mentioned. Resubmit for the next board.

SGT,
I would say most definitely your PT score hurt you. The senior warrants I spoke with said they rarely see people get picked up with anything less than 270.
Very respectfully,
Jacob

That awkward moment when 4 of my coworkers got picked up with below a 250 on the November board.
Thanks for your advice though!

I would say to make sure that your military experience and schools matches 100% your ERB. Timeline MUST be 100% correct. For example, I was a tank commander from 20 [login to see] 0228, I can easily back that up with my ERB under Assignment Information. You may already have a very strong packet, just may need to be technically strong. Send me your packet, I could take a look at it. My personal email is [login to see]
