JLU(Joint Language Iniversity) has tons of material, and gives you access to other sites as well.

Very true. At one point, I preferred JLU over HeadStart.

Duolingo for Spanish... Lots of other languages for free too

I like the way DuoLingo works. It reminds me of Rosetta Stone. I was pissed when the military moved to HeadStart.

http://www.lingnet.org is a good site. It has an online diagnostic assessment which allows you to test and get an approximation of your scores.
