What are 3 changes you hope to see at the VA in 2017?

Faster claim processing
No out of state Comp and pen exams
Rochester VA clinic made a super clinic

Easier access for new veteran patients who have no idea how to navigate the VA. More veteran employees in the higher positions. And funds allocated by congress used for veteran care rather than cushy offices for civilian doctors while veterans die in sub standard hospital conditions.
