What are good MOS's to transfer to civilian careers?

I am currently a SPC 12B National Guard. Switching to active. Been a maintenance tech almost 4 years. So I have 91 series background as well as some 92A. But only MOS-T as 12B. Im looking for a career long MOS 20+ years with Warrant Officer Potential the will transition to the civilian world smoothly. Whats your job what do you do day to day

How about Soldier!
As a caree Soldier myself, that’s the best advise I can give you. Focuse on being the best damn Soldier you can be. That’s what will get you a caree. If not, you might face the Qualitative Management Program (QMP). By Army caree! Still, if properly managed, you’ll have time to focus on your after Army life too. But remember, your top priority is to be a Soldier 1st; regardless of MOS!

Cyber, Transportation, Logistics, and maybe human resources are probably the best bets

I'm partial to Signal/Cyber, but I'm a geek and that's not for everyone. With your background, FA, ADA or Engineers are probably worth looking at first.
