HostGator works great for me. SiteGround seems to have great customer service and pricing. I've heard issues with GoDaddy but I don't deal with them primarily, only as advisors to other webmasters.

I've used HostGator for a long time with very few hiccups. I have "inherited" some clients cheapo bare bones hosting service that was real aggravating to work with. Confusing, no phone number, out sourced tech support. So be careful with who you choose, the cheapest may be the most costly.

Couldn't tell you, never messed with, or heard of either of those to be honest. As both DNS and Web Hosting, MT has great customer service though, and their admin tools are awesome and have easy user access. If there's anything specific you're looking for just shoot me a PM and I'll do my best to help you out.
