What are some correspondence courses you have taken and would recommend for an E5 91B2O (ASI H8) waiting for ALC and promotion to E6?

I have completed SSD for my next grade, but I am on a wait list for ALC for the time being. In the mean time, I think I should utilize my time to knock out some correspondence courses. Any recommendations on courses you have taken that would be relevant and/or beneficial to my assignment as an E5 H8 recovery section leader, or future assignments such as a senior mechanic?

Enroll in Excelsior college, it's free. Have your Joint Service Transcript evaluated by Excelsior, also free. Start any program you like with TA. Have the Ed Center evaluate your Excelsior Transcripts, those translate to civilian education points. It is a legit way to turn work experience into points.

MSG (Join to see) Heard and understood. I'm almost halfway there. I'm ~3 weeks away from my 11th anniversary and I've 29 credits to my name as of the last time I compiled my transcripts. I need to start working on these courses and such to get myself ahead of the pack.

I just did that. Excelsior gave me 72 credits for military training/education. With my other classes and completing one with them I'll max civ ed.

Dang, I don't feel so special anymore...as an E8 with LOTS of schooling I "only" got 84 for my JSTs. But with a few CLEPS taken as a young E5 and DLI...well, you need a minimum 15 credits with Excelsior to graduate, I needed a total of 16 when Excelsior was done.
