What are some good bodyweight strength workout plans for tankers on deployment?

I need more ideas on how to train strength without access to equipment or gyms. I would also like more ideas for "tanker PT" such as running change of formation drills, fire commands, vehicle ID, loading rounds for creative ways to maximize training time.

SFC (Join to see) - I have to agree with that. The Engineers hadn't fielded the new Abrams based Engineer Vehicles before I left, but we did have the old M60 chassis and track maintenance day on the CEV's and AVLB's were long and brutally hard.
In the Engineer world, the top power lifters were the Medium Girder Bridge Companies.

SFC (Join to see) Haha, thank you sir. That is a great idea. The thing I'm struggling with is weighing the pros and cons of focusing on tanker workouts, vs focusing on preparing for the acft. If we don't spend enough time running, it will hurt the soldiers by preventing them getting promotion points etc. However, it is more important that they are able to accomplish strenuous tasks as a crew.

Tankers get all the strength they need doing normal maintenance on tracks, everything armor is heavy. They don't need to run fast, the passing time is like 21 minutes. They're combat arms, they don't need high promotion points compared to most MOS's.
If you're goal is to help them get promoted, force them into using their TA to get a degree. You'll have to bully and force them into it because most Initial term, combat arms Soldiers are either afraid, overwhelmed or too lazy to start college without someone walking them through the process and forcing them to keep at it.
I know that people will tell you it's not right to force people. But, I did the same when I had junior Soldiers and every one of them finished their degrees. Sometimes you have to drag the horse to water, kicking and screaming, to keep it alive
