Get Corporals course done (online PME) and do MK classes they have about 15 education points for most and they are just click throughs

If you haven't already done leading marines get on that and then get online cpls course knocked out so you can pick it will also add to your cutting score whenever you start to rate one

Take the MK series MCI's, if you search MK23 in marinenet there's like 11 classes you can take, only need 7 of them for your 100 education points. None of them have a test at the end either

Go to Marine net and search "2nd echeleon" maintanence, motor t's mcis (mk something), there easy and click through so you can get 100 points towards your composite score and require no proctor code, mos wise talk to your SSGT or NCO. You have to do atleast 7. Mos roadmap helps to. Good luck brother

As a young Marine I was informed many years ago not anything having to do with terrorism and counter-terrorism would lead the way as far as consideration by those in command for meritorious promotion. They were right then and I think I'm right now by stating we have not seen a decline in terrorism but an increase. I would recommend the same field of study regarding terrorism and counter-terrorism, and I might throw in one more thing and that would be Insurgency and counterinsurgency. For any forward operating Marine you want to know what you're getting yourself into as far as culture of the land you will be possessing. You will also want to know what their belief structures are about in the United States and in particular how they feel about u.s. Marines. some locations can be hostile tore our Warrior ethos and set up Small Arms attacks by way of snipers or IEDs. I think it's just better to be informed on the issue and to be surprised by it.
