About to deploy again. Does anyone have a thread currently on this topic or advice for resources outside of military support agencies or organizations. IE: Care packages from places like B'Dubs with sauce or spices for company cookouts, etc.

Usually the American Legion, Veteran of Foreign Wars, USO are pretty good about care packages and making the troops feel appreciated. Im not sure were you are going but if have company cookouts in the war zone sign me up for that deployment.

lol... sorry staff. I guess I have been lucky in a support role recently. In place of evening chow, a time or two during the tour... food and drinks can be signed out for a company event. It really helps with moral and team building. Thanks for your advice.
