What are some secure civilian job options that are available for a 35F with 3.5 years of service, 1 deployment, and little college?

Look around, there's jobs, but you might have to compromise your expectations. Common companies include Leidos, Raedeon, SAC, and other defensemble related companies

Intelligence Analyst - I'd focus on the "Analyst" and your clearance. Start with https://www.usajobs.gov/ - all US Govt jobs listed here and excellent place to begin. It'll walk you through creating resume as well as giving you a wide range of available jobs (with descriptions). Or, work as a government contractor - https://www.clearancejobs.com/
NOTE: Once you have a government job, even if it's not your life's dream, you will have a base to work from - go to school at night/online, become (civilian) certified as an Analyst (Business, Process, Requirements, Intelligence, etc., etc.) Plus, once in the govt. you have opportunity to apply for other jobs, other locations. You're young. You're obviously intelligent. You have a life time of opportunities before you. Get in, get experience, look around, become who and what you want.
Good Luck!
