What are some tips to make my WOC packet better than the next guys?

My personal preference would be apply to be an aviation WOC. Things have changed so much in the Warrant Officer training methods, since I went through, such as everyone going through the same WOC school. If you want to get your WO packet higher than the next person, like everything today in the Army work on raising your APFT score. Today that is everything.

In my experience recommendation letters helped a lot. Make sure those leaders highlight specific events that set you apart from others. You can also guide those individuals in writing your recommendation letter and assist to remember those great moments you were shining.
