What are the best calculators for figuring out approximate net pay from base pay?

There are many variables that effect this, including how many deductions are taken out based on the individual's W4, bonus payments, special pay rates that may or may not be taxed, and state/local taxes. However, I found this on the interwebs:

SGT (Join to see) - some formulas already written in MS Excel, they may not have just what you're looking for but with basic skills you can use as a template to change to fit your needs and then save it, or just write your own within Excel

CWO3 (Join to see) - I'm not trying to recreate a wheel while having no clue what should be on it. SFC Squires' link has been the best I've found. I'll simply see if my bank has more in-depth info. Thanks, though.
