RP Members let's get some really good pictures of the best Military Monuments!
Here is a great one. The Above Picture is: New Mexico veterans memorial Albuquerque Vietnam War!
VETERANS TRIBUTE please take a moment when you see former or active service men or women thank them. I stand and salute all as " All gave some and some gave all. "

SSgt Harvey "Skip" Porter - More great photos - thanks for sharing Skip! I've been there as well when I was stationed in Belgium from 1977 to 1980. Awesome sites and very humbling to walk those grounds where so many gave their lives!

Ranger monument at Pointe du Hoc in Normandy, France. Erected by French Government to honor those brave men of the 2nd Ranger Battalion who scaled the 100 foot cliffs on D-Day 1944 and seized the German artillery pieces. You have to see it believe it. A most humble yet exhilarating experience.

COL Mikel J. Burroughs - Thank you Mikel. At Pointe du Hoc, the German fortifications (such as the one here) as well as the craters from exploding shells have been left as they were back in June 1944.
