I don't feel a response with every trait is authentic. Being transparent allows others to see you honestly care about their welfare is key. Everyone will follow an individual to the end if time of they know their leaders will always be there in good or bad.

Acknowledge that everyone is human, people can make mistakes. Own your faults and always try to improve yourself. Don't let your position of power go to your head.

The biggest trait I’ve found is being open with your team and making sure that they are being heard.

Humility, self-awareness, and patience - these are the traits that every authentic leader I've encountered have shared. Having the humility to admit that you don't have all the answers or that you make mistakes, being truly aware of your strengths and weaknesses, and having patience with senior leaders, your peers and direct reports can help you be a leader as opposed to a boss.

A really good trait for leaders is the capability to foresee the outcome of tasks given to soldiers. This will give better results to tasks given because leaders will know who is the best choice for any given task or job.
