Servant Leadership. One who listens without comment, asks questions to truly understand (ie active Listening), the point of view, and has a discussion to potentially come up with a third option. Creating a win-win situation. Ken Blanchard is such a person.

An authentic leader:
It's an individual that understands his/her mission and desired outcome. It is one that understands everyone in his team and exploits thier strengths and applies them where they can be most successful. It is a person who knows understands individuals, listens to them and prepares them through training and example on how to achieve the next level in thier career. It is the person who is caring, honest and fair across the board, willing to sacrifice their time for the betterment of those on his team and the organization.
