CPO Sultan Camp, I've hear that using a profile picture such as a DA photo or other military related photo when you are retired is frown upon, but I'm not retired and I don't know how many other people feel that way. Also, not having your profile squared away is a no-no, and lastly, you need to share important things you've done to support your current company on your page, this gets your name out there and builds upon your resume.
