What are the dimensions of a military funeral flag?

I am currently on funeral detail and I’m trying to practice my flag folding on a starched flag. I recently bought one and it’s just too long. So can someone tell me what the dimensions are of a correct funeral flag?

Those were the days. During a recent telephone call in December of 2020, a friend from Ft Knox in 1953 recently reminded me of my prowess at being selected as as ‘Colonel’s Orderly’ at Guard Mount! Anything was better than doing guard duty in ODs and sleeping in an odd wooden barracks with a bunch of strange Soldiers smelling of wet wool, snoring and passing gas at night!

There are several places you can get a funeral flag for practicing. Typically a Div JOC will have flags and bugles for people to sign out. TCS also has flags and coffins for practice. Lastly, your installation should ha e a Casualty Assistance Center in it that should also have flags and bulges for fu eral details.
