What are the low strenght jobs in the 15T Mos currently?

Did you mean where? As an E-4 you are maintenance or crewchief....and those jobs always need smart people who can take what they learn from training and be leaders. Although some people have a better knack for one or the other they are equally important jobs.

You d probably want to talk to the HRC guys about this one.
