What are the most common road blocks Veterans face when transitioning to civilian employment?

For me a big part of transitioning was the language, I had to retrain myself how to speak like a civilian. I would talk and I could see in there face that they had no clue as to what I was talking about. My girlfriend (who is now my wife) from time to time would ask me to speak English. lol

Skill sets not easily transferred over. I spent my Naval career working on electronics, yet I need to go through a trainee program (in my case, 1 year +), earn my license through the state to do similar work.
