Army Guy Here, doing some research on forms in the Navy. In The Army we seem to have a Form for everything (Height/Weight, fitness test scores, leave, equipment hand receipts, vehicle maintenance, counseling, and so on) Looking to find what are the most common forms found in the Navy. ...and do we call those DN Forms? (DA Forms for Army...) Thanks!

Leave chit, request chit. Served in the navy for 25 years knowing the form number isn't important.

Far easier to remember the form name and not the number when you've seen so many types over a career.
