What are the odds of my Flight Warrant Officer packet getting accepted?

SSG, with that minimal information you provided it seems you could be a potential candidate. The probabilities are high because of the pilot shortage. I suggest you to not be like most Soldiers who never complete their packets. I know you have other things to take care of but you have to make it a priority to get it done. First two things you must do is take the SIFT then you flight physical. In the mean time, download all required paperwork and fill them out little by little. Write you own LORs for the Company CDR and BN CDR to make it easier for them to just sign it (just a suggestion). Get that checklist and start consolidating all supporting documents.
