What are the penalties for a civilian living with a soldier in the barracks?

We recently had a soldier continuously bring her husband into the barracks, and he would stay there with her. Her commander had found out, and warned them to stop (a few times) but they chose to ignore him. After our 1SG found out he was still being snuck on post & in the barracks, he called the MPs and did what he had to to get the husband banned from post. I’m unsure what consequences the SM will be facing, it’s still up in the air as of now.

Civillian gets escorted off post;the soldier cold get 4856, and/or article-15 for violation of regulations.
