SFC Ralph E Kelley - I just found the MOS list of that shows whether your MOS is moderate, significant or heavy. https://newpttestarmy.com/acft-info/acft-standards-by-mos/#Enlisted-ACFT-MOS-List

SFC Ralph E Kelley - That doesn't exist anymore - the APFT.

CPT Lawrence Cable - There are no more MOS standards (at this time) for the ACFT. There's just one overall minimum for everyone.

SFC Kelly Fuerhoff - That is one of those requirements that seems to get changed monthly. They tried to implement this same kind of program back in the late 80's, it didn't even get as far as this one. But the same problems, a truly age and gender neutral test based on MOS requirements didn't open up the MOS's like they wanted. My cynical side doubts that the ACFT survives in current social climate.

Have you already started running? About a year before I enlisted I started running, but I wasn't concerned about pace or distance. I just kept running and started adding another corner, store, or other landmark. In short, I ran until I was done. I was in pretty good shape when I left for basic and stayed in the fast group. Make sure that you are also working on push ups, sit up, and general fitness.

ETA: Softball spring training was tougher than Basic Training PT.

Nicolas Guillen Cortez did you ask your recruiter? Regardless, just Google ACFT requirements.
