MAJ Javier Rivera - Sir, I was not generalizing. If I gave that impression, it was not my intent. I was fortunate to have nothing but decent honorable Officers that I worked for.

After 14 years, I was medically retired in 89. Things have changed. Back then these conversations between Officer and NCOs would be non-existent. I think it makes for a better Army.

I recommend you not make statements or consent to searches without consulting JAG.
This post sounds like an admission of guilt.

Well, you are gonna get burned. How severe the burns, I don't know. But the simple fact that you just admitted to hiding information and fraudulently commissioned......this will NOT help your case. You better hope that someone doesn't see this and adds it to the investigation packet.

What are the possible outcomes of fraudulent entry as an Officer?

Integrity, apparently, never even entered this particular brain at any time. Because, I think this is the same anonymous 2LT that had been asking out repercussions from a DUI about a month or so ago.

MSG (Join to see) - I had written more, but after I cleaned it up, this is what I was left with.

SSG Laurie Mullen - That's because you have integrity. I can only imagine what you had edited out.

As an officer you will most likely just go to a board of inquiry and be separated. Being an officer requires integrity beyond approach.

Sir SHUT UP- self incrimination you know? If it is up, and posting this, it becomes public knowledge and can be used against you. Once this charge is reported to an O6 and higher, it's going to be a court-martial, no chapters.

If it was reported to CID, officer misconduct is reportable to HQDA. Your CG knows

You must remember your right to remain silent. This should only be discussed with counsels' advice. Cease this immediately, only talk to your council.
