The staff duty computers and my laptop are both having this issue

If you are just getting the TLS warning screen, (and you are using the correct CAC cert) try hitting F5 or clicking refresh.

If that doesn't work, delete browser history, clear cache and SSL, close all browsers and start over.

I was using the wrong cert at staff duty and found out ACT is now NIPR only SGM

What are the proper TLS security settings for army websites( example ACT, ERB)?

Military CAC has info on the settings. There are some sites that can only be accessed from a military network though.

Most likely need to clear the Internet explorer cache on the computer, and ensure you are using “authentication” certificate. Try multiple browsers. If all else fails restart the computer and try again.
