What are the quality of life and jobs like for a 12P?

I am currently an 11B, interested in reclassing to 12P. I am interested in a change of scenery and future civilian opportunities. What kind of information can you guys give me? Day to day life, quality of life, op temp, promotion opportunities, morale, how is it on families, etc. Much appreciated.

Most of the questions you asked: Day to day life, quality of life, op tempo, morale, And family experience will all be based on your command climate and unit culture. Promotions from E5-E9 are listed on HRC. Everyone’s experience varies, but promotions aren’t faster than 11B. Check out the trends On HRC>enlisted>promotions
