You can technically apply to any Warrant MOS, however you need to prove you know enough about the topic to be in the top of the field if you held that enlisted feeder MOS (there are a few hard quals such as having the attache ASI). Check out the website and find the MOS' you wish to apply to (you may apply to 3 at once), and build the packet.
It is a "grown up" process and no one will hold your hand, you either want to do it and will make it happen, or you will just sit there. Even the warrant recruiters will likely just help process your packet and not much more.
It's all on you.

Regardless of whether you go tech or aviation, the first step is a 110 GT score, after that for aviation you need to pass the SIFT and flight physical. After that its just putting the packet together which can be found at the link above.
