What are the ways to directly become a warrant officer (besides Aviation, CID and time in MOS)?

Any other ways would really defeat the purpose of the Grade. Warrants are designed to be technical and tactical experts who innovate new approaches. There isn't really a way to do that without experience

Not sure I understand the question and your profile provides inadequate information about your background to determine your background, experience or real objectives. Without that information your question has no context in which to provide an answer.

I don't think there is any other way than the ones you listed.

If you are an O grade officer it is possible to covert to a Warrant if there are Warrants in your branch. I know O grade officers that converted in Aviation, Ordnance, and Quartermaster fields.

I don't think you can go CID without time in MOS. I understand that they are soliciting MP Officers to convert to CID, but that path isn't direct. The only ones that I know you can go directly in is 153A Aviation and 255A &N, with are IT positions, I believe.
