Looking forward to USA taking 1st place in number of gold medals. We are currently in 3rd place.

Childhood nostalgia and pride for my country

In this year's Olympics, I'm looking forward to seeing if Shaun White will dominate in snowboarding. He is a fan favorite and fun to watch while he cut through the snow. I'm also excited to see Erin Jackson, a black female speed skater, make history racing like a gazelle around the rink. I'm impressed with her strength and tenacity. While I watch all the events as much as possible, I'm really looking forward to Mikaela Shiffrin impressing us with her goal to gain more gold medals in Alpine skiing. She is a beast and always a joy to watch her ski.
