It does not surprise me. Capitalism at it's finest. However. I do strongly believe that all of the US based BKs should continue to be taxed according to the US Federal tax laws.

Bk's individually will be taxed at US rates. it is Corporate profits that will be taxed at the lower 15% Canadian rate.
