What are your thoughts on having different Branches of the military serve on the same post?

Serving on the same post is great and all, but working directly with each other is something entirely different. The Sailors that I work with, also work with Marines and when the Marines have a day off, it's often seen as a holiday at work. Things move so much more fluidly without them, honestly. I don't know how it'd be with other branches but seeing as how we would all have different leadership, it would slow things down as it does for our Navy/Marine Corps team. So same post, fine. Working directly with each other, maybe not so much.
